"I started fitness training in New Jersey, USA during the early 80’s for High School sports. It has  now been some 20 plus years later and I have never stopped!"     

• I have earned an A.A. Degree (Liberal Arts) from Sierra Junior College 87’ and B.A. Degree (Physical Education / Exercise Science) from California State University, Chico 90’. I also have all M.A. work completed (Kinesiology / Biomechanics), excluding my Thesis, from Chico State University 97’
  
  
• In addition, I have an International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) certificate awarded in 02’ and am registered as an Advanced Instructor Level 3 with the Register of Exercise Professionals. Awarded a Sports Power Coach Club Weight Lifting Certificate in 08' First Aid / CPR and AED are always current.
